TD-3DD Drum-Type Soft Capsule Dryer
The Model TD-3DD double deck soft capsule tumbler dryer is suitable for continuous drying in the production of soft capsules. This means that the entire drying process is completed within the drying baskets, eliminating the need to transfer the soft capsules to drying trays for tray drying. The advantage of continuous drying is labor savings, as it removes the step of manually transferring partially dried soft capsules to the drying trays.
Each section of the TD-3DD double deck softgel dryer consists of four baskets : two on the top and two on the bottom. Each basket is equipped with three blower fans.
The transfer of soft capsules from the soft capsule encapsulation machine to the TD-3DD double-deck tumbler dryer utilizes a capsule conveyor blower and a dual-path distributor, facilitated by food-grade flexible hoses for the transfer of soft capsules.
