This is a specific tool designed and manufactured for precise alignment of softgel die rolls.
Both sides of the dies can be accurately aligned with this alignment device. The structure is compact and easy to use. By placing the alignment device on the two die rolls that are close to each other, you can read the actual displacement data of the two molds from the dial indicator, accurate to 0.01mm.
Compared to conventional visual alignment methods, this device provides greater precision. It is more convenient than using alignment rods for molds, as there is no need to rotate the grooves of the two soft capsule molds to a horizontal position.
