300L Hydraulic Scraper Mixer with High Shear Homogenizer, is a universal soft capsule fill material mixer designed by Beijing Summit Pharmatech Co., Ltd. This machine is suitable for the mixing and preparation of both ordinary oil type soft capsule fill material and the preparation of suspension-type soft capsule fill material. The standard configuration of this machine includes hydraulic lifting, heating, dual-directional stirring, high-speed shear mixing, and wall scraping functions, with the optional vacuumming function. It is especially suitable for the preparation of soft capsule fill material containing suspending agents such as beeswax, polyethylene glycol, which require heating, suspension, and cooling. The mixing tank is equipped with casters, and after the medicament preparation is completed, the tank cover and stirring device can be raised, and the tank can be pushed to the soft capsule machine for direct feeding. Generally, one machine is equipped with two tanks for flexible and convenient alternating preparation.
