The working principle is that after starting the machine, the dried soft capsules are put into the hopper. The rotating cutter cuts the capsules into pieces, which then enter the centrifuge. As the centrifuge rotates, the liquid separates from the capsule shell through centrifugal action and flows out through the gap in the centrifuge. This machine can handle up to 15L of softgel capsules at a time, meeting the fill material recovery needs of most soft capsule factories.
